Refund and Return Policy:

Thank you for choosing Davelite Pro Solutions for your IT needs. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products and services. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and returns. By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to the terms described below.
- Software and Digital Products
1.1 Refunds: As most of our products are digital in nature (e.g., software, licenses, downloadable content), we generally do not offer refunds for these purchases. However, if you encounter technical issues or have trouble accessing the product, please contact our customer support, and we will make every effort to assist you.
1.2 Defective or Faulty Products: In the rare case that you receive a defective or faulty digital product, please contact us within 1 day from the date of purchase, and we will investigate the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
- Hardware and Physical Products
2.1 Returns: We will gladly replace or credit returned items within a reasonable time (1 day), provided the goods are in original condition, original packaging, current version, and not a special order, hardware, peripheral, or clearance item. Otherwise, we will make our best effort to arrange an exchange with the manufacturer or accept the goods back for resale.
The return period in case of a defective product due to manufacturing defaults is strictly 24 hours from the date of sale.
No returns will be accepted on products sold/delivered as sealed. Manufacturer warranty applies.
2.2 Return Process: All goods returned are to be correctly packaged. Specifically, goods must be returned in the packaging in which they were received, with all outer boxes and inner packaging intact. Items that are not correctly packaged will attract a minimum 15% handling charge. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
2.3 Credit: A credit note for the full purchase price may be issued if returns take place within 3 days provided goods are in their original packaging, including all manuals & software and are in a resalable condition.
Credit notes may be issued for goods returned after 48 hours from the date of purchase but within 5 (five) days. (T&C Applies)
2.4 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to software licenses or products with downloadable content that have been activated, personalized or customized items, and products that are no longer in their original condition or packaging.
- Services
3.1 Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with any of our services, please contact our customer support within two (2) of the service delivery date. We will review your concerns and, depending on the situation may offer a refund or replacement towards future services.
- General Terms
4.1 Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds or returns for a change of mind or circumstances beyond our control.
4.2 Warranty: Our products and services may come with warranties, either expressed or implied. Please refer to the specific product or service documentation for warranty details.
4.3 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or disruption of our products or services arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, governmental actions, or labour disputes.
